Delete Your Quest Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Quest account and associated personal data.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your profile and personal information (name, email, photo, bio)
  • Your quests, bucket-list items, hangouts, and saved places
  • Your activity history, check-ins, and points/rewards
  • Authentication records linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for the periods listed below, then permanently deleted:

  • Encrypted backups: up to 30 days
  • Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons: as required by applicable law
  • Anonymized / aggregated usage data that cannot identify you: may be retained indefinitely

How to delete your account

If you can sign in, the fastest way is to delete your account directly:

  • In the Quest mobile app: open Settings → Manage account → Delete account.
  • On the web: sign in below and confirm deletion.
