Delete Your Quest Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Quest account and associated personal data.

Data that will be deleted

Your profile and personal information (name, email, photo, bio)
Your quests, bucket-list items, hangouts, and saved places
Your activity history, check-ins, and points/rewards
Authentication records linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for the periods listed below, then permanently deleted:

Encrypted backups: up to 30 days
Records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons: as required by applicable law
Anonymized / aggregated usage data that cannot identify you: may be retained indefinitely

How to delete your account

Option 1 — Delete from the app or this page

If you can sign in, the fastest way is to delete your account directly:

In the Quest mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete account.
On the web: sign in below and confirm deletion.

Not signed in

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in (lost access, forgot credentials, or no longer have the app installed), email us and we will delete your account and personal data.

Send an email to support@quests.group with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

The email address associated with your Quest account
Your display name (if known)
Confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted

We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it's done.
