Quest helps people stop saying “we should hang out” and actually go do things together. Your job is to get the spots, hosts and partners that make that happen, city by city.

What you’ll do
Sign up spots
Get venues, cafés, cinemas and activity spaces onto Quest as places people plan around.
Recruit community hosts
Find and onboard the people who bring others out: the organisers every friend group already has.
Build local partnerships
Strike simple deals with local businesses and communities that put Quest in front of new people.
Drive growth through partnerships
Turn every spot, host and partner into a steady stream of new users.
How we measure success
This role is built on outreach targets, not closing targets. We pay and extend based on the work you put in: spots contacted, hosts pitched, partnerships started. Not on luck or on deals you can’t fully control. Hit your milestones and the contract grows with you.
Who we’re looking for
- You love talking to people and don’t flinch at cold outreach: DMs, calls, walk-ins.
- You’re organised: you track who you reached, who replied, and what’s next.
- You’re hungry to hit numbers and treat targets as a game, not a chore.
- Bonus: you already know venues, hosts or organisers in your city.
