Your street
Every Quest member gets a street in Lagos with their name on it. You choose where it goes and what house you live in. Your friends live on it with you.
Aura
Aura is what you spend on your street. Everyone starts with some, and you earn more by going out for real. Aura is not money. You cannot buy it or cash it out.
You earn it when
- A host checks you in at an event
- +1,000
- Your first outing, if you tapped Move in by 9 PM the next day
- +1,000 more
- A friend used your link, then goes out for the first time
- +1,250
- A neighbour goes out
- +100
You spend it on
- Where your street goes
- Free to 15,000
- Your house
- Free to 10,000
- A plot for one more friend
- 750
- A gen
- 625
The light
The light shows whether your street is going out. It only takes one of you.
- Light on · 3 weeks
- Someone on your street went out this week or last week.
- No light yet
- Nobody on your street has gone out yet.
- NEPA took light
- A whole week passed with nobody out. One outing brings it back. A gen covers one quiet week.
Neighbours
A friend who opens your link gets their own street, and you each get a house on the other's. Friends you already have on Quest move in by themselves.
- Every street starts with
- 3 houses to let
- A plot adds one more house
- 750 Aura
- When your street is full
- Friends wait at your gate
Your house
Your house sets how many friends your street can hold. Moving up costs the difference. The two biggest houses also need real outings.
| House | Aura | Outings | Holds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Boys' quarters | Free | None | 2 |
| Self-con | 500 | None | 3 |
| Mini flat | 1,000 | None | 5 |
| Duplex | 3,750 | 5 | 9 |
| Mansion | 10,000 | 15 | 19 |
A duplex turns your Close into a Crescent. A mansion makes it an Avenue. Your link stays the same.
Rent
When someone living on your street goes out, you earn 100 Aura. Nothing is taken from them. A street can earn up to 1,000 Aura in rent each week.
