Eight things for your page

Photos of the space
Must have5 to 10 clear photos. Say which part each one shows (whole venue, private room, rooftop, garden, hall or outdoor) and pick one for the cover.
For example: Daylight shots with the room set up for a group work best.

Nice to haveTwo or three sentences in your own words: what it feels like and why groups enjoy it.

How many people, and where
Must haveHow many seated and standing, the parts people can book on their own (a private room, the rooftop, the whole venue) and what it suits: birthdays, dinners, games nights, workshops.
For example: 40 seated, 60 standing. Private room for 25.

Money and deposit
Must haveYour minimum spend or hire fee, or tell us there is none. Do you take a deposit, and is it refunded if they cancel? How many days before?

Questions venues ask
- Do I need to change how I take bookings?
- No. You keep your prices, deposit and the way you take payment. We pass each request to the person you choose.
- What if I do not have packages or house rules?
- Skip them. Your page only shows what you send, and you can add more later.
- Who sees our phone number?
- Only Quest. Guests ask through Quest and we bring the request to you.
- Can I edit the page myself?
- Yes. Once you are live we can set you up in Quest Studio, with just your event space in it.
