What we build with you
We sharpen the promise, format, size and rhythm so guests understand why this should happen again.
We shortlist and pitch up to three suitable Spotlight venues for a soft partnership.
Your curator page collects interest, sells spots, holds guest details and keeps every edition together.
We brief and pay a content producer for the first completed event so the recap helps sell the next one.
Who does what
You choose the idea and bring your people. We help with the venue, booking page, event plan and content for the first event.
The money, without mystery
There is no launch fee before the minimum ticket-sales threshold agreed for your series. A fixed setup and first-content cost is agreed in writing before launch, then recovered from ticket sales.
Free events carry no Quest booking fee. If your event is part of a venue Spotlight residency, that venue agreement replaces this fee so you are not charged twice.
A good fit
You need a real point of view, people who trust your invitation and enough consistency to host more than once.
You can personally reach at least 50 relevant people.
You have hosted before, or people already gather around your work.
You can commit to learning across up to three editions.
You are willing to invite, promote and host, not only post once.
Before you ask
No. This is designed around an engaged group, not follower count. You should be able to personally invite enough people to target 5–20 guests.
We guarantee a thoughtful shortlist and outreach to up to three mutually approved venues. The venue still chooses whether to accept the partnership.
There is no launch fee before the agreed minimum sales threshold. Quest charges 4% on successful paid bookings. A fixed setup and first-content cost is agreed before launch and recovered from ticket sales.
If no mutually approved venue accepts within 30 days, you can stop without owing the series setup fee.
